Becoming Pathways™ was founded by educator and author Osato Ojofeitimi.
Drawing upon nearly three decades of educational practice, observation, and innovation, her work gave rise to I Am Becoming, The Becoming Philosophy™, Thoughtful Entrustment™, and Becoming Pathways™.
Today, she continues to lead the ongoing development of the framework, resources, and professional learning experiences that advance the organization's mission.
