Implementations — Becoming Pathways™
Implementation

Family

A thoughtful implementation of Becoming Pathways™.

Every implementation reflects the unique rhythms, relationships, responsibilities, and opportunities of its setting.

While each environment is different, the philosophy remains the same.

Becoming Pathways™ is thoughtfully adapted to where becoming happens.

Who Is It For?

Parents, caregivers, grandparents, and families who want to intentionally participate in the becoming of children through everyday family life.

What Does Implementation Look Like?
Within the family, Becoming Pathways™ becomes part of everyday life. Parents and caregivers thoughtfully offer the carefully designed Thoughtful Entrustments™ through the ordinary rhythms of home, allowing the meaningful experiences, opportunities, and responsibilities of each Thoughtful Entrustment™ to become a natural part of family life. Rather than adding another curriculum or creating additional work, Becoming Pathways™ intentionally uses everyday moments to thoughtfully entrust children with opportunities appropriate to their stage of becoming. As families journey through each stage, Thoughtful Entrustments™ naturally become part of conversations, routines, celebrations, responsibilities, and shared experiences already present within the home.
The Philosophy Remains The Same

Every Family
Is Different.

The rhythms may differ.
The responsibilities may differ.
The relationships may differ.
But every family offers meaningful opportunities to participate in who children and young people are becoming.

Begin Your Implementation Journey

Whether you are implementing Becoming Pathways™ within your family or across a larger organization, every journey begins with thoughtfully participating in who children and young people are becoming.
