Implementations — Becoming Pathways™
Implementation

Schools

A thoughtful implementation of Becoming Pathways™.

Every implementation reflects the unique rhythms, relationships, responsibilities, and opportunities of its setting.

While each environment is different, the philosophy remains the same.

Becoming Pathways™ is thoughtfully adapted to where becoming happens.

Who Is It For?

Public schools, private schools, Montessori schools, independent schools, microschools, and educational organizations.

What Does Implementation Look Like?
Within a school, Becoming Pathways™ becomes part of the life of the school community. Schools thoughtfully implement the framework by offering the carefully designed Thoughtful Entrustments™ through existing school rhythms and meaningful opportunities already present within the life of the school. Implementation may become part of classroom life, advisory periods, enrichment experiences, after-school programs, student life, service opportunities, or other moments that naturally occur within the school community. Rather than replacing a school’s educational philosophy or curriculum, Becoming Pathways™ complements what already exists by intentionally participating in who children and young people are becoming.
The Philosophy Remains The Same

Every School
Is Different.

The rhythms may differ.
The responsibilities may differ.
The relationships may differ.
But every school offers meaningful opportunities to participate in who children and young people are becoming.

Begin Your Implementation Journey

Whether you are implementing Becoming Pathways™ within your school or across a larger organization, every journey begins with thoughtfully participating in who children and young people are becoming.
